Mary Beverly-Bruce is a Gainesville, Georgia native who will make her film debut in the upcoming feature film Death, Love, & Birthdays. She first met the director, Sam Morgan, when he walked into her music classroom as a kindergarten student. Mary started her career as an opera singer, earning her degree in Music Education and Vocal Performance. Mary enjoyed a long career of teaching music and directing numerous musical productions on both the elementary and middle school levels. She is now enjoying retirement and is thrilled to have time to get back onstage and experience the world of filmmaking.
